The Weeknd closes out a career-defining year with two brand new tracks including ‘Low Life’, a collaboration with Future.

‘Low Life’ caps off a huge 2015 for both artists and finds The Weeknd sidestep the pop sheen of his breakthrough hits and return to his gloomy mixtape flow. Backed by a Metro Boomin and Ben Billions-produced beat (‘Often’), Future’s sedated drawl is a suitable accompaniment over the murky production as the pair toast to the low life. Listen below:

In addition, The Weeknd drops a remix to Jeremih’s smoker anthem ‘Pass Dat’ off his third studio album ‘Late Nights’. “I double that cup like the mixtape days, I’m the same nigga, crack that shit”, the Canadian crooner sings in a falsetto, in his element over the hazy, minimalistic O.C. production.
