Redfoo – Where The Sun Goes (ft. Stevie Wonder) (Video)
Redfoo hits Venice beach in the carefree video for his new single.
The eccentric afro-haired party rocker proves that departing LMFAO has not halted his ability to craft an uplifting jam with an equally upbeat visual to boot.
“All the locations in the video are places that I grew up around,” says Redfoo. “It’s that California, Malibu feeling that is instantaneously recognizable anywhere in the world, everyone’s idea of where a lazy summer vacation should be spent: at the beach at a party with friends. Oh, and that’s my 1976 CJ5, baby-babies!”
“Where The Sun Goes” itself is a sunny dance-funk jam with an irresistible bass line (think “Get Lucky”), sprinkles of piano and a cheery harmonica post-chorus breakdown courtesy of Stevie Wonder. “His harmonica is instantly recognizable, and it adds sunshine to the track.”
Redfoo’s long awaited debut LP is due in September. You can watch the jovial video below:
