New: JoJo – Say Love, Save My Soul & When Love Hurts

JoJo makes her long-awaited comeback and spoils fans with a ‘Tringle’ -3 brand new singles.

“THANKFUL AND EXCITED to share these three singles with you!! Thank you from the bottom to the top of my heart for your support over the years. The journey is just beginning…” the Boston-born powerhouse gushed on her website along with the release of three new scorching songs which you can listen to below.

“Say Love” is a bombastic power ballad, produced by Harmony Samuels, which showcases JoJo’s incredible vocals that will give you chills and encapsulates why this lady has a strong and faithful fan base who have been eagerly awaiting new official music. “Say Love is kind of a call to action — say what you need to say and demanding more. Putting yourself out there, making yourself vulnerable and you’re asking for the same, if not more, in return. It’s a big, emotional, driving mid-ballad,” she shared with MTV.

“Save My Soul” is another powerful song with a rockier vibe than the above track but still tugs on the heartstrings with her awe-inspiring pipes and crafts a catchy mid-tempo anthem.
“It speaks to me about addiction, and can be about love or any other drug and what it means to me,” she said to MTV.

“When Love Hurts,” is a far more uptempo and dancier affair than the former two tracks, produced by Benny Blanco and Jason Evigan, JoJo turns it up a notch with a sunny electro-house backdrop yet retains those powerhouse vocals. It’s kind of like when something moves you to feel a certain way, a really strong emotion, that’s when you know it’s probably something you should fight for. It felt like I heard it on the radio. I felt like people my age would listen to it,” she told MTV.

After nearly a decade since her last official album, JoJo has released two mixtapes (Agápē – 2012 & Can’t Take That Away from Me – 2010) and an EP (#LoveJo – 2014) but after a long struggle with previous label Blackground she is now signed to Atlantic Records since last year and is finally ready to bestow her third album upon us. JoJo has been working with Pharrell, MNEK and Sam Smith amongst others.
