Beyoncé has officially dropped her eminently anticipated sixth studio album ‘Lemonade’ on Tidal, listen to the collaboration with The Weeknd, ‘6 Inch’, here.

“Six inch heels, she walked in the club like nobody’s business” Beyoncé snarls on the opening of ‘6 Inch’ backed by some smokey jazz guitar instrumentation, The Weeknd closely follows backing the empowering lyrics on the hustler’s anthem ending on the resounding line of “She already made enough but she’ll never leave”, emphasising the tracks subject of women’s power and warrant for respect in any profession.

Boots, Ben Billions and Danny Boy Styles helm the knocking production on ‘6 Inch’ which is just as in-your-face as it’s assertive subject matter with it’s pounding bassline and brash percussion yet retains a sensual vibe on the hazy hook. Listen below:

‘Lemonade’ is the sixth studio album by American singer and songwriter Beyoncé; it was released on April 23, 2016, through Parkwood Entertainment, a one-hour television film was aired on HBO to coincide with the release of the album. In addition to The Weeknd, the album features co-production from a wide range of artists and guest vocals from James Blake, Kendrick Lamar and Jack White.
